There is an Alumni Association that contributes significantly to the development of the institution through financial and/or other support services. It has been constantly associated with the institution and contributed in cash, kind, service and Golden Jubilee insignia. There is an alumni office in the college premise where the alumni discuss their future course of action for events of the college. College alumni have been serving/engaging at present in deferent colleges, schools, military services, administrative services, various govt. and non-govt. sectors/departments, police services, businesses, agriculture, and other sectors.

The Association felicitates and awards annually the Best Graduate and the topper of the Higher Secondary (HS) section in the Fresher’s Social of the institution and awards the best graduate and HS topper with cash rewards.

Alumni Association constructed an insignia near the administrative block of the college.

Alumni Association in collaboration with the college organise special talk and career counselling programmes for the profits of students of the college. For instance, the Association organized a Speech Competition on September 7, 2019 in the college campus for the benefits of the students of the institution. In the said programme, the Association invited Dr. Basanta Kr. Goswami, Former Secretary, Assam Sahitya Sabha to monitor and assess the skills of the students. Departments have their own alumni WhatsApp groups. Alumni of the concerned departments participate in meetings organized by departments and contribute by taking classes, offering training for competitive examination, and participating in extension and cultural activities.Alumni Association organize cultural events in the campus to nurture the talent of students. For example, in the Golden Jubilee Celebration of the institution in 2023, the Association organised various cultural events including Bihu and classical dance, folk song, Borgeet, etc on April 28, 2023. The association also felicitated the teachers and office staff of the institution in recognition of the untiring efforts of the teaching and the non-teaching to uplift the institution in all possible areas. After all, Alumni Association actively collaborates with the institution in all programmes and significantly contributes to the development of the institution.

Objectives

• To facilitate a deeper and subtle value based education system for Refined and Intellectual Development of cultural and spiritual paradigm.
• To organize Lectures, seminars, Workshops, Discussion Forums and Research on sports, Literature, Arts, Music, Dance, festivals, Sports, Cinema, Mythology and Philosophy.
• Observing Festivals, Rituals and National Events.
• Setting of institutions for learning of Music, Dance, Sports, Literatures, Arts, Philosophy etc.
• Organizing concerts, tournaments and performances of Music, Sports, Dance, Literature, Arts etc.
• To promote and preserve the cultural values and develop a congenial cultural atmosphere thereby.
• To create an open environment that would lead to development of national and international understanding and a universal sense of brotherhood.
