Students Satisfaction Survey and Report

As a part of the student satisfaction survey on overall institutional performance, the institution adopts certain methods. Following is a brief overview of the methods being adopted by the institution to have knowledge of student satisfaction on overall performance of the institution:

1. As part of the student satisfaction survey, the institution takes feedback from students and

alumni as well to acquire knowledge of their satisfactory levels.

2. Students are asked to assess performance of the institution in various aspects including academic, library, administration, career counseling, campus environment, and cocurricular activities.
3. In the satisfaction survey, responses from students are taken from students in respect of syllabus and classroom teaching.
4. Students are also asked about the profits that they would generally able to reap from different career counseling activities initiated by the Career Counseling & Guidance Cell and the IQAC.
5. Responses are also sought from the students regarding ICT Classrooms and audio-visual aids in teaching available in the institution.
6. Apart from these, feedback is taken from students about the space provided in library as well as efficacy of the books and references provided there.
7. Moreover, in the feedback mechanism students are also asked to rate the services being provided by the office staff at present.
8. In student satisfaction survey, students are asked to rate the campus facilities being provided by the institution.
9. Students are also asked to rate the green initiative of the college.
10. Students are asked in satisfaction survey to assess available to Sports facility in the campus.
11. Students are also offered scope in questionnaire to express their satisfaction regarding extension activities carried out by the institution under the banner of the NSS and the IQAC.
12. Apart from asking the students to rate the services and performance of the institution, students are asked to offer their suggestions/ recommendations for further development of the institution in the coming days.
13. In the aftermath of receiving feedback from students, the IQAC in association with the Research committee analyzes the inputs offered by the students and prepares a comprehensive report for follow-up measures. In short, the institution through the suggestions Research committee prepares questionnaire and distributes among students to get ideas about their satisfaction level on the overall institution performance and to receive necessary suggestion for further improvement in the near of distant future.
